Everything that happens to your bag happens under one roof.
Fabric, cutting, printing, sealing, finishing, QC, and dispatch — all in our own Demra plant. That is what lets us quote in 24 hours, hold a Pantone reference across a half-million-piece run, and guarantee a handle-tensile figure we have actually tested.
Production capabilities
The full manufacturing chain, in-house, on a single site in Dhaka.
PP non-woven fabric
Spun-bond polypropylene across 40–100 GSM, on a 40–120 cm usable width. White, black, and dyed substrate available in reel stock or converted in-house.
- 40–100 GSM
- 40–120 cm width
- White / black / dyed
Die cutting
CNC plate cutting for all four handle architectures — D-Cut, W-Cut vest, loop handle, and patch handle — with first-off measurement against the approved sample.
- D-Cut
- W-Cut vest
- Loop / patch handle
Flexo printing
Up to four Pantone-matched colours on a single pass, with plate making in-house. Digital strike-offs are supplied for approval before any flexo run.
- Up to 4 colours
- Pantone matched
- In-house plate making
Sealing & lamination
Ultrasonic and high-frequency sealing for side and gusset bonds, plus optional gloss, matte, or spot lamination for moisture and abrasion resistance.
- Ultrasonic sealing
- Gloss / matte lamination
- Spot laminate
Dimensional finishing
Cut, fold, and bag-form finishing to a ±3 mm tolerance on finished dimensions, with gusset depth and base width set per size in the run sheet.
- ±3 mm tolerance
- Custom gusset depth
- Bottom gusset option
Packing & dispatch
Carton-packed or baled by size and lot, with a lot reference printed on every carton so a delivery stays traceable back to its production batch.
- Carton or bale packing
- Lot traceability
- 3–5 day dispatch
Four documented checkpoints on every batch
Each stage exists to catch a specific failure class while it is still cheap to fix.
Stage 1
Fabric weight verification
Samples are cut from the running web, weighed, and recorded against the batch — so a sub-weight roll is caught on the floor, not by your goods-in team.
Stage 2
Print registration & colour
Print is checked against the approved strike-off for registration, coverage, and Pantone match before the batch proceeds to finishing.
Stage 3
Dimensional audit
A random sample across every size in the run is measured against the tolerance sheet, and counts are reconciled against the production quantity.
Stage 4
Handle & seal integrity
Handle assemblies are pull-tested to the specified tensile load, and sealed gussets are checked for bond strength on sampled finished bags.
Non-woven bag manufacturing questions, answered
What is the minimum order quantity for custom non-woven bags?
We quote from 500 pieces per style for a custom run. Digital strike-offs and physical sample batches are supplied free of charge before production, so you can approve the exact specification before committing to a bulk order.
How long does a bulk order take from approval to dispatch?
A confirmed specification with an approved sample typically runs 10 to 18 working days for production, plus 3 to 5 working days for nationwide dispatch from Dhaka. Larger runs and Pantone plate making can extend the production window, which we confirm on the quote.
Do you offer free samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We dispatch up to ten sample pieces in your chosen format, GSM, print, and colour, at no charge, dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Samples are produced digitally so no flexo plate cost is incurred for an unapproved design.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
We print to Pantone references using in-house flexo plate making. A physical strike-off on production substrate is approved before the production run, and the retained first-off is kept for reference against the finished batch.
What is the difference between flexo and digital printing for non-woven bags?
Flexo uses plates and is more economical above roughly 5,000 pieces per design. Digital printing has no plate cost and is used for sample batches and short runs. We will quote both when the break-even point is close to your order volume.
Which bag format suits a supermarket checkout counter?
W-Cut vest bags are the usual choice at high-throughput checkouts: the handle stays bonded to the bag face, so it is quicker to load and carries more weight at the same GSM. D-Cut is chosen where a premium appearance matters more than pack-out speed.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Our core delivery is nationwide Bangladesh from Dhaka in 3 to 5 working days. Export to South Asia and the Gulf is available on request — mention your destination on the enquiry and we will quote freight and documentation accordingly.
