A Dhaka manufacturer built for buyers who can't afford a miss-shipment.
M/S PackShield Packaging has manufactured non-woven bags in Demra, Dhaka since 2015. We serve supermarket chains, pharmacy networks, FMCG brands, fashion retailers, and corporate gifting programmes — with everything made under one accountable quality system.

We started because the bags kept failing in the aisle.
In 2015 our founders were buying non-woven bags from a spinning mill that had no interest in what happened after the bags left the truck. Handles split at the punch, side seams opened under a heavy grocery load, and print colour shifted between batches. Every one of those failures was somebody else's problem.
So we took the whole process in-house. We buy the fabric, convert it, print it, cut the handles, weld the seams, test the result, and ship it. When a bag fails on a shelf in Gulshan, the person who can fix it is standing in the same building.
That vertical integration is the entire argument. It is why we can quote in 24 hours, why we can hold a Pantone reference across a 500,000-piece run, and why our handle-tensile specification is something we test rather than something we hope.
Milestones
2015
Founded in Demra
PackShield started with a single die-cutting line serving Dhaka retailers who needed a more durable alternative to flimsy single-use carry bags.
2018
In-house flexo printing
We brought plate-making and flexo printing onto the same floor, cutting lead times from weeks to days and putting colour quality under our own control.
2021
Ultrasonic welding line
Ultrasonic side and gusset sealing replaced heat sealing on the core bag range, raising seal strength above the base fabric and cutting field failures.
2024
Four-stage QC formalised
GSM, print registration, dimensional accuracy, and handle tensile testing became documented, sampled checkpoints on every production batch.
Why buyers stay with us
Four commitments that show up in the specification, the sample, and the shipment.
Vertically integrated production
Fabric converting, die cutting, printing, sealing, and quality control all happen in one building. No sub-contracted steps, no hand-offs to chase.
Four-stage batch QC
Every batch is sampled for fabric weight, print registration, dimensional tolerance, and handle tensile strength before it is released for dispatch.
Nationwide dispatch
Palletised delivery across Bangladesh in 3–5 working days from Dhaka, with lot references that keep each shipment traceable.
Dedicated B2B account management
One named sales engineer per account, from specification review through the sample batch, the production run, and repeat scheduling.
Our facility
